Jon and I have known Gemma for quite some time through Twitter. I first met Gemma in person at DisruptHR in Minneapolis and it was fantastic to get to know her a little better there. And when all of us were invited to be a part of the #SHRM18Blogger team, we knew it would be awesome. Gemma & I shared a room and we had fun sharing rides and meals around Chicago.
