One key take away was to tie your recognition and feedback to your core values. And I believe Erica has the most unique recognition gift (um hint hint if anyone is looking for a gift for your favorite podcast hosts).
You do want to be certain you are sincere in your program! Employees definitely see through any BS!
And make sure your employees know the program exists!
Talk to your employees and find out what they want.
