It seems like everyone wants content related to COVID-19 and that is definitely not my forte. Talent acquisition, for the most part, continues forward, but there will be changes. When I was talking with Vadim, I realized I have more questions than answers. But as each organizations is different, how you answer the questions is definitely going to be different.
As we head into a recession, what lessons from the last recession will we use this time? Will we look to compensate our newly named “essential” employees differently? Will we change how we look at qualifications? During the last recession, we increase qualifications, but didn’t raise salaries (and even lowered in some cases), [I’m hoping we don’t go that direction this time around].
