A2. Although I don't do it as often as I should, taking early morning jogs seem to get me off on the "right foot" (pun intended). It's such an AWESOME stress reliever! #HRSocialHour

A3 just recently jumped in and paid for a year of content on the @calm app and Iβm loving it. Trying to practice at least 10 minutes of mindfulness each day with their #DailyCalm plus also doing other tracks #HRSocialHour

Good for you, me too! It helps me to remember that sometimes #selfcare is things you stop doing, not just adding on to the stress pile of "stuff I should be doing" π #HRSocialHour

A5. YES! Promoting flexibility and understanding. My company forced everyone to take a mental health day in May and weβre considering doing it again this month. By making it a priority, Iβve noticed that eeβs feel comfortable speaking up when theyβre overwhelmed. #HRSocialHour
