Career Ennui #HRSocialHour #TwitterChat 5/23 7 pm

We are now moving to life with Corona Virus – because let’s be real, Covid is here to stay, we now live in its world. I know we don’t like to say “new normal” but that’s really what life is about, figuring out to adjust to all of the changes life brings. It just so happens that the entire world went through this one together.

It may seem strange to think about career boredom at a time like this, but this may be the best time to address those questions that have been in the back of your mind. Perhaps you are like me and you still don’t really know what you want to be when you grow up. Or maybe you’ve reached a point in your current role that isn’t giving you what you need to feel fulfilled any longer. And we all know that HR folks are likely to take care of themselves last.

So, when Steve Browne brought this up as a topic, we knew it would be a great time to talk about this form of self-care. Boredom can easily creep into other areas of your life. We’d love to have you join us (and Steve) on our next #TwitterChat 5/23 at 6 pm CT to help pull others out of their own ennui.
